A Rochester firefighter is recovering after being burned while fighting a house fire.
The fire started on Linden Street near South Goodman Street around 11 p.m. Thursday. Investigators tell News10NBC the fire started in the attic of the house.
The firefighter who was burned is going to be okay -- he even gave our photographer a thumbs up when he was being taken to the hospital.
Five people were inside at the time of the fire, but all made it out okay.
The top floor of the home is completely gutted, but officials say the home is still livable.
No word yet on the cause of the fire.
