First Alert Weather Day: Gusty winds knock down power lines, trees

A First Alert Weather Day has been issued for Tuesday as thousands of people are waking up in the dark across the region.

A High Wind Warning has been issued for the area through 10 a.m. Tuesday. Wind gusts reached 61 mph in Rochester early Tuesday morning.
