ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — Five Star Bank says issues impacting electronic transactions Friday have been resolved.
Company officials tell News10NBC that there was a delay in overnight processing. The system has been in the process of catching up and all credits and debits should be reflected by the end of the day.
A message posted on their website Friday afternoon states:
"The unexpected issue impacting electronic transactions has been resolved. We thank our customers for their patience during the downtime. For continued support following this resolution, please visit your local branch or call us at (877) 226-5578."
