Prosecutors say Tyler and co-defendants, Craig Jerabeck and Jason Guck, who also helped start 5LINX, received more than $2.3 million from a Florida company which they didn't report to 5LINX shareholders, violating a shareholder agreement.

In addition to serving 14 months in prison, Tyler will have to pay $21,759,633 in restitution.
