The former owner of a Yates County bar who's accused of sexually assaulting a woman has been indicted.
According to The Finger Lakes Times, a grand jury has indicted Robert Champlin on several violent, felony sex offenses.
The charges include one count of a 1st degree criminal sex act, one count of 1st degree attempted rape, four counts of 1st degree sexual abuse, four counts of forcible touching and one count of unlawfully dealing with a child.
It stems from an incident on Christmas Eve at Lloyd's Limited Pub in Penn Yan.
A video on social media shows what appears to be Champlin sexually assaulting a passed out woman.
That woman was Champlin's cousin.
Police say surveillance video from the bar showed the woman who took the video was also sexually assaulted.
Champlin pleaded not guilty to charges in December.
