A former state employee pleaded guilty Wednesday to using her government-issued credit card for personal use.
The State Inspector General says 46-year-old Lyntessa Lewis of Rochester used her state credit card to pay for more than $1,100 in personal cell phone charges, college tuition and her personal car insurance.
Lewis paid full restitution and was sentenced to a one-year conditional discharge with 60 days of community service.
