Three people have been indicted on charges in connection to the murder of a Sodus couple.
Timothy Dean, 32, of Sunray, Texas is charged with one count of first-degree murder, two counts of second-degree murder, two counts of criminal possession, and conspiracy.

Dean's wife, 25-year-old Charlene Childers, is charged with one count of second-degree murder, conspiracy, and criminal possession of a weapon.

Investigators say Dean and Childers planned the shooting deaths of 28-year-old Joshua Niles and 24-year-old Amber Washburn. Dean is accused of shooting and killing the couple outside their Sodus home on Oct. 22.
Dean is expected to be arraigned Wednesday afternoon.
A third suspect, Bron Bohlar, is charged with conspiracy in connection to the murders. He is expected to be arraigned on Monday.
