The health department tells News10NBC it's another student at Canal View Elementary School in Spencerport.

The student came into contact with two other students who tested positive for the measles. A toddler was also diagnosed with the measles earlier this month.

According to the health department, all four children had contact with each other and none of them were vaccinated against the measles.

Measles is highly contagious and can be easily contracted by people that have not been vaccinated.

Symptoms include rash, fever, and runny nose.
