Fugitive arrested in Lyons after he accidentally dials 911

A fugitive wanted in North Carolina was arrested in Wayne County after he accidentally dialed 911.

According to the Wayne County Sheriff's office, 53-year-old Jesse Graham had deputies dispatched to his Franklin Street home in Lyons on Friday night after he accidentally dialed the emergency number. It was later determined that Graham was wanted by the Mooresville Police Department in North Carolina for "several" charges.

It is not yet known what charges Graham faces in North Carolina. 

Graham was arrested for being a fugitive from justice, as well as unlawful possession of marijuana. He was arraigned in the Town of Galen court, where he was committed to the Wayne County Jail without bail as he awaits extradition.
