GATES, N.Y. (WHEC) -- The business manager of the Diplomat Party House has been charged in connection to the brawl and shooting that took place at the facility last month.

Police say 48-year-old Louis Polizzi of Ogden created an environment that endangered the safety or health of many individuals.

Polizzi is charged with criminal nuisance in the second degree and was issued an appearance ticket.

Five other suspects have already been charged in connection to the fights that broke out during a concert at the party house on Jan. 13.

Police have submitted a request to the Gates Justice Court and the Monroe County District Attorney's Office requesting $4,500 in restitution to cover police overtime in investigating this incident.

In addition, police say they will be notifying the New York State Alcohol Beverage Control Board requesting to have the Diplomat's liquor license reviewed.

The department also plans on sending video showing the bartenders spitting into the ice used in drinks to the Monroe County Department of Health.

There is a party scheduled at the Diplomat this Saturday that involves the promoter from the Schramrocks Irish Pub incident.

Police are communicating their concerns with the property owner.
