Deputies search for BMW stolen from Geneva dealership

GENEVA, N.Y. (WHEC) -- A luxury car was stolen off the lot of a Geneva car dealership on Saturday.

Now, Ontario County Sheriff's deputies are trying to locate the car and the people responsible.

Deputies say two people stole a 2012 BMW 6 Series from Geneva Foreign & Sports located at 2787 Lyons Road in the Town of Geneva.

One of the suspects got out of a blue/gray Mercedes GL450 SUV, got in the BMW and drove north on State Route 14. The driver of the Mercedes then followed behind. Both cars then took off on the NYS Thruway in an unknown direction. 

Deputies believe the suspects are in the NYC area. 

One of the suspects is described as a black male, 6'2", 250lbs. with short black hair, wearing a gray-hooded sweatshirt and dark colored pants. 

The other suspect is described as a Hispanic or Caucasian bald male wearing a black short sleeve shirt under a red sleeveless shirt, approximately 5'7'' and between 165-180 lbs. 

The VIN (vehicle identification number) for the stolen vehicle ends in; 64606.
