A four-year-old girl brought capsules filled with crack cocaine home from a daycare in the Bronx.
The girl told her mother a classmate gave her the vials saying they were teeth.
And the trouble doesn't end there.
The toddler, who was acting hyper, told her mother she had tasted one of the "teeth" at the urging of her friend.
She was rushed to the hospital where she later tested positive for crack cocaine.
"We kept saying, 'why are you so hyper today, Serenity?' Normally, you think she has a lot of sugar or something like that at school. She couldn't stop bouncing off the walls, couldn't stop talking," said her mother, Sabrina Straker.
The toddler has recovered from the incident but hasn't returned to the daycare.
So far, the owners of the daycare have not been charged. Police are still investigating.
