ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — Nearly 6,500 pounds of turkey and pork sausage patties sold under the 'Great Value' brand at Walmart have been recalled because the United States Department of Agriculture says the product may be contaminated with Salmonella.
The patties were produced by George's Prepared Foods.
There have been no reported illnesses, but the USDA is urging customers who have bought the product not to eat it.
Instead, the USDA says the product should be thrown away or returned to the place it was purchased from.
