Greece man facing multiple charges after raid turns up 13 weapons

GREECE, N.Y. (WHEC) — A Greece man is facing several charges after deputies found multiple firearms, weapons, ammunition and drugs in his home. 

Richard Tellier, 38, is charged with nine counts of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, one count of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, two counts of criminal possession of a firearm and two counts of criminal possession of stolen property.

Investigators executed a search warrant at Tellier's home on June 6. During the investigation, deputies determined two of the weapons had been stolen from Chinappi's Gun Shop on West Ridge Road and Mr. Gold Pawn Shop on Lyell Avenue.

The following property was seized from Tellier’s home:

- AK47 with fully loaded 30 round magazine
- AR15 with fully loaded 30 round magazine
- 6 shotguns
- 1 sawed off shotgun
- Hundreds of round of various ammunition
- .45 Laama handgun (stolen from Mr. Gold Pawn Shop)
- Glock 19 9 mm (stolen from Chinappi’s Gun Shop)
- Omega 100 .22 revolver
- Gem small caliber handgun
- Goodman furnace (previously stolen)
- 10 grams of marijuana
- Small bag cocaine
- Numerous vials of steroids
- Numerous packages of Suboxone

Tellier is in the Monroe County Jail on $20,000 cash/ $40,000 bond.
