A Rochester man was arrested on abuse charges.
Henry Taylor Jr., 27, was employed as a youth care professional at the Hillside Children's Center in Rochester.
Taylor allegedly grabbed a teenage resident by the neck, pushed the victim onto a bed, and squeezed the victim's neck with his hands. The victim was treated for abrasions to the neck.
Taylor is charged with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation and second-degree harassment. He was arraigned in Rochester City Court and posted $600 bail. He's due back in court next month.
Officials with Hillside said Taylor was terminated from his position and they are working with investigators.
