ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) -- Holly Colino, the woman who shot and killed a mother in Brockport, is due in court Monday. A judge could decide how much supervision she will have.
Back in October, Colino pleaded "not responsible by reason of mental disease or defect." She admitted to shooting Megan Dix in a parking lot in Brockport in August 2017. Dix was eating lunch in her truck at the time.
The plea means Colino will not go to trial or jail.
Right now, Colino is being treated at the Rochester Psychiatric Center, but depending on results of mental health exams, she could be moved to a high-security state facility.
Colino is due at the Hall of Justice at 1:30 p.m.
