Hotline established to report employers not following NY minimum wage increase

The New York State Department of Labor has established a hotline so workers can report their employers.

The minimum wage increase went into effect on Dec. 31, 2018 and the state of New York wants to make sure businesses are following it.

The department set up a hotline for workers to call if their employers aren't raising wages to the new minimum.
