Students have created things like video games, a t-shirt machine that makes six different shirts at once, and a helmet for rugby players to help protect against concussions

For those who have been before, we asked, what's new this year?

"Our biggest new thing is a lot of the virtual reality attractions," said engineering student Robert Cybulski. "We're going to have 10 different roller coasters you can ride here on Saturday and you can ride them right in the field house. You don't even have to leave. You just sit in your chair and ride these roller coasters."

The festival runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday on RIT’s Henrietta campus. It is free and open to the public.
