ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — For decades the body of a girl found in Livingston County was only known as Caledonia Jane Doe.
In 2015, there was a major break in the case. Jane Doe was identified through DNA as Tammy Jo Alexander. She finally had a name, but investigators still don't know who shot and killed her.
Here are several stories News10NBC aired in the past on Alexander.
News10NBC takes you through the evidence in the case in our full report. Plus, a message from beyond the grave. For the first time, investigators share a message from Alexander — written months before her death.
The FBI is offering a $20,000 reward for information leading to an arrest in this case. If you have any information call (585)243-7100 or 1-844-LCSO-TIP.
