Jazz Williams is a radio & TV personality from Detroit, MI with 15 years of experience, including hosting and producing shows for iHeart Media, MacDonald Broadcasting, Townsquare Media & Entercom Radio and Monroe Broadcasting. She joined the News10NBC Team in October 2016.

Jennifer “Jazz” Williams is a proud Cum Laude graduate of Michigan State University’s College of Communication, wife and mother.  She believes that with love all things are possible!

She began her career at the age of 16 as host of the popular entertainment magazine TV show "1st Fridays". 

As a college freshman at MSU, she became a promotions intern but was quickly promoted to On Air Host on Power 96.5 WQHH in Lansing, MI. In 2003 she spent a semester in a work-study program at BET Corporate offices in Washington DC; working in the Creative Services department and studying policy and technology that affect the music industry. 

Upon graduating from MSU, Jazz moved to Los Angeles to work as an editor for Craig Murray Productions and production coordinator at Warner Bros Studios, ESPN and Touchstone Pictures. 

In 2012 Jazz became the voice of Western New York, hosting afternoons on 93.7 WBLK-FM and working with political leaders to inspire the community as a special correspondent covering President Obama’s talk at the University of Buffalo and other high profile events.

In 2015 Jazz Williams competed on Funny or Die Presents: America’s Next Weatherman on TBS.
