PENFIELD, N.Y. (WHEC) -- The late wrestling star and Penfield native Chyna will be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame.

Chyna, whose real name was Joanie Laurer, will be post-humously inducted as part of D-Generaton X, a wrestling group from the 90s.

Chyna died in 2016 from what was believed to be an accidental overdose.

She was 46 years old. 

The induction ceremony for WWE's Class of 2019 will be held in April.
