IRONDEQUOIT, N.Y. (WHEC) — Some friends of O'Loughlin's in Irondequoit are doing all they can to help the business as it deals with flood damage.

Lola Velez, Lauren Carrol, and Molly Carrol got together to throw a lemonade and bake sale to help one of their favorite restaurants recover from flooding for a second time.

O'Loughlin's suffered extensive damage from lake flooding in 2017 and flooded once again this year.

Owner Mike McKeon was amazed by the young philanthropists' help.

"It came up on one of my worst days and I was down and out, said McKeon. "I got a text from Molly Carrol here and she just gave me a little encouragement text. And then her father told me the next day about this and it just blew me away."

Crowds gathered at the sale on St Paul Boulevard to buy treats or just give donations.
