Buffalo Bills running back LeSean MCoy is not expected to be charged after a home invasion robbery at his home in Atlanta.
According to NFL.com's Ian Rapoport, McCoy is not likely to be charged because police don't have enough evidence.
McCoy's ex-girlfriend, Delicia Cordon, has filed a lawsuit against McCoy, claiming he orchestrated the July robbery at his home in Georgia.
Cordon was at the house when the crime happened. She was assaulted and her jewelry was stolen.
This happened as McCoy was trying to evict cordon from the home.
McCoy has denied any involvement.
