McCoy's ex-girlfriend, Delicia Cordon, has filed a lawsuit against McCoy, claiming he orchestrated the July robbery at his home in Georgia.

Cordon was at the house when the crime happened. She was assaulted and her jewelry was stolen.

This happened as McCoy was trying to evict cordon from the home.

McCoy has denied any involvement.
