Limo case waived to a grand jury

The operator of the limousine company involved in the deadly Schoharie crash did not appear in court Tuesday night.

Nauman Hussain's defense attorney says Tuesday's appearance was waived out of local court for grand jury review.

Hussain is the 28-year-old operator of Prestige Limousine of Saratoga Springs. 

Twenty people died when a limo belonging to the business crashed.

Hussain been charged with criminally negligent homicide.
