ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — It's something most fans only dream of: a front-row seat at Yankee Stadium on Opening Day. But that dream is coming true for one Rochester girl who has been through a lot, and it's all thanks to a Twitter post.
Hubbs retweeted the post, calling for any deserving father-son duos. One of the many responses came from a dad in Rochester. He asked if a father-daughter duo could get the tickets.
His daughter, Morgan, had been at Golisano Children's Hospital for 10 days, undergoing three surgeries on her arm. She was getting released in time for the game Thursday and is a huge Aaron Judge fan.
Hubbs picked Morgan and her dad, saying he hopes she has the best day ever.
Lot of people DM’d me sorry it’s impossible to choose, I decided to go with Morgan and her dad. She was just in the hospital for 10 days, big Aaron Judge fan. Hope she has the best day ever. Shout out to @Marcoc1986 for giving away the tix. pic.twitter.com/hQu7VEvDbH— Eric Hubbs (@BarstoolHubbs) March 26, 2019
You can help too. Share Morgan's story with the Yankees, Aaron Judge, and anyone on the team by tagging or messaging them on social media. And just maybe, while sitting in the front row, she can meet her favorite player.
