The man accused of stabbing a Rochester police officer last month is expected to be arraigned in court on Thursday.

Investigators say 47-year-old Leon Roach is accused of stabbing a police officer in the chest on Louise and Jay Streets in the city. The officer was wearing a bullet proof vest, so the knife wasn't able to go through. However, police say she was cut on the hand.
