The man accused of stabbing his girlfriend to death in Rochester before taking off across the country has been indicted on a second-degree murder charge.
Police say Robert Norry, 32, killed Kelly O'May, 31, inside their apartment above Dickies Corner Pub on Caroline Street and Meigs Street back in June.
Officers spotted Norry's car in Idaho before he was captured in Washington state and brought back to Monroe County.
