Davis was in a stolen car when he stole beer from a local gas station and led police on a chase through Henrietta, Brighton and Pittsford.

However, this is not his first run-in with police. The parolee has been arrested at least 80 times since 1986.

Davis' lawyer, on the other hand, disputes that number. Attorney Yousef Taha says it's 47 arrests.
