Roach stabbed an officer in the chest on Louise Street in the city in Sept. of 2017. The officer was wearing a bulletproof vest, so the knife wasn't able to go through. However, police say she was cut on the hand.

Two other victims were injured by Roach, one had been stabbed and one strangled inside the house.
