As day three of the search for a man considered armed and dangerous in Livingston County winds down, authorities say there have been no sightings of him since Wednesday night.

David Clyde Morgan, 49, of Wilmington, North Carolina ran into a cornfield after police say he pointed a gun on an officer Wednesday during a traffic stop on Route 63 in Geneseo around 5:45 p.m.

Morgan had a female passenger in the car who police say also tried to run away. Sandra Brown, 40, of Southport, North Carolina, was caught and now faces a slew of charges including menacing an officer, criminal possession of stolen property, obstruction of government administration, menacing, and conspiracy.

On Friday, Sheriff Thomas Dougherty said there have been zero sightings of Morgan since he ran into the cornfield. Morgan is still considered desperate, armed, and dangerous.

Police are asking neighbors in the area to remain vigilant. If you have any information, you're asked to call 911.
