ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — A local high school student is celebrating an extraordinary accomplishment: a perfect score on the ACT.
James Robinson, a senior at McQuaid, was perfect on the college admissions test, which is similar to the SAT.
Only two-tenths of 1% of students who take it get a perfect score.
