SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WHEC)-- Police say a missing husband and wife, who both have dementia, have been found in upstate New York.
Police in Bedford, New Hampshire, said Friday that 79-year-old Norman Lepine and 77-year-old Shirley Lepine were last seen traveling together on the Thruway near Waterloo Thursday night.
Police say the couple was found following a minor car accident and that they were fine.
We're working to find out exactly where they were found.
Police are searching for a missing New Hampshire couple who were last seen on the Thruway (I-90) in Syracuse Thursday night.
A statewide alert was issued for 79-year-old Norman Lepine, who suffers from dementia, early Friday morning. According to the notice, Lepine was last seen driving with his wife, 77-year-old Shirley, on I-90 in Syracuse around 6:30 p.m. Thursday.
Norman is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 205 pounds. He has gray hair and blue eyes.
Shirley is 5 feet tall and weighs 97 pounds. She has brown hair and eyes.
The couple was driving a 2018 white Audi A8 with New Hampshire registration 4C455.
