People laid white carnations at the school's annual 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony.

The ceremony memorialized the nearly 3,000 people killed when hijacked planes slammed into the twin towers of the World Trade Center, the Pentagon and a field near Shanksville, Pennsylvania on Sept. 11, 2001.
