Police identify teen killed in dirt bike crash

A Rochester teen was killed in a dirt bike crash Wednesday night. 

Police say 16-year-old Ricardo Ubinas, Jr. was riding on his motorized dirt bike down the Randolph Street when he hit a parked car around 6:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Ubinas was pronounced dead on the scene. 

Police have not confirmed if speed was a factor in this crash, but neighbors told News10NBC that speeding is a problem on this street. 

"I live right there, and I see the cars speeding, the cars going through stop signs," neighbor Isla Rodriguez said. "Kids are up and down our street, the streets are not safe. They are not safe."

The investigation is still ongoing.
