ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) -- Rochester Police are investigating after a Jeep slammed into a home on Burke Terrace.
Police say around 8 p.m. Monday, a gray Jeep Grand Cherokee was traveling west on Birr Street, continued through the intersection with Burke Terrace and hit an unoccupied parked car.
The impact of the crash caused the Jeep to jump the curb and hit the corner of the home on Burke Terrace.
There is minor damage to the home and no one inside the home was injured.
Police believe the driver, a 46-year-old city resident, may have suffered a medical condition. He was transported to Rochester General Hospital for evaluation. His 37-year-old female passenger was also taken to Rochester General Hospital.
Police say they are both in stable condition.
No charges have been filed.
