The DEC's Bureau of Environmental Crimes Investigations unit tells News10NBC they are continuing to investigate this issue and that additional information will be provided as it becomes available.

OSHA's Buffalo office was also notified of the incident Monday and dispatched an inspector to investigate, but wouldn't provide further detail to News10NBC.

Two others sustained minor injuries.
