SCHOHARIE, N.Y. (WHEC) — The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) Thursday released its full report on the 2018 Schoharie limousine crash that killed 20 people.

In September, the NTSB concluded Prestige Limousine’s “egregious disregard for safety” was the probable cause of the crash.

It also concluded that the New York State Department of Transportation and New York State Department of Motor Vehicles shared blame in the crash.

The limo company operator, Nauman Hussain, is facing criminal charges.
