CANANDAIGUA, N.Y. (WHEC) -- The shell of a resort overlooking Canandaigua Lake is finally seeing some progress.
Officials voted to put the stalled project back in motion.
The project stopped in 2015 after financing fell through.
Now, the developer, Bob Murphy, told News10NBC, the new deal went through on Monday.
Murphy says they're closing this week. He expects to have workers at the hotel site by this time next week.
Details behind the new plan, including any tax breaks, will be added to this story as new information becomes available.
