Four teens were arrested and charged with gang assault.

News10NBC obtained the video.

It shows the teens punching Kevin House of Rochester.

But the teens didn't stop there. On the video, you see them repeatedly punch and kick House in the face.

"Someone who was watching Facebook was able to call 911 and let us know what was happening," said Interim Rochester Police Chief Mark Simmons. "It does not appear that this was a targeted individual. These young males were walking down the street when this encounter happened."

Xavier Lopez, 17, Brandon Purdie, 19, and two unidentified 16-year-olds were charged in this crime.

They are behind bars and have been ordered to not go anywhere near the victim.

"Gang assault in the first degree is a Class B felony. If an individual is convicted of that, he would face a mandatory prison sentence that would range from five to 25 years," added Simmons.
