ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) —News10NBC and MVP Healthcare's Health and Wellness Expo is this Saturday, and we continue to preview some of the people and activities that will be there- including News10NBC's very own Jazz Williams!
She'll be there with her company, Hustle for Health. They do line dancing routines.
The Hustle for Health program focuses on four areas of wellness: cardio, mindfulness, social well-being, and nutrition.
"The centerpiece of our demonstration is the survivor slide, as October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month," said Jazz. "And we are going to dedicate one of our line dances called the surivivor slide to our own Deanna Dewberry and we'll be joined by at least 20 people that are celebrating a survivor's fight and possibly victoriues as we try to march towards a cure."
The Hustle for Health program teaches simple yet very high energy line dances that can burn up to 250 calories during an hour-long class!
