NEW YORK (WHEC) -- A bill to block a trash incinerator from being built in the Finger Lakes now heads to Gov. Cuomo for his signature.
On Wednesday, the state Senate passed the Fnger Lakes Preservation Act.
It would stop Circular EnerG from building a trash incinerator in the Town of Romulus in Seneca County.
A number of neighbors and local businesses have spoken out against it saying it could impact on the Finger Lakes wine industry.
