Ceremony marks Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day

Thursday, a group of World War II veterans, family, and friends all came together in honor of Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day.

It's been 76 years since the infamous attack. A ceremony was held Thursday morning at the yacht club on Saint Paul Boulevard.

One of those in attendance was 98-year-old Stanley Hwalek who tossed a wreath into the water as part of the ceremony. The Greece resident was at Pearl Harbor on the USS Nevada when the Japanese attacked.
