Captain Callari tells News10NBC that Rochester Police officers spotted the suspect vehicle, a 2010 red Ford Fusion, on Saxton Street about 30 minutes later.  The car was reported stolen earlier in the day.

The three teens in the vehicle refused to stop and officers chased the car throughout the city.  The suspects then drove off the road on 6th Street near Pennsylvania Avenue.

The two 14-year olds and 18-year old Tamarik Oliver then took off on foot but were quickly caught and taken into custody.

The area of Pennsylvania Avenue and North Goodman Street was blocked off for a few hours overnight but is now open for the morning commute.

All three suspects are charged with attempted robbery and criminal possession of stolen property. Oliver is expected to be arraigned later this morning.
