A wild police chase Wednesday night went off the road and stretched across several communities in Monroe County.

News10NBC found out a gas station employee was able to give police a description of the car which had been stolen from Rochester early last month. The car was spotted in Brighton.

Deputies say the suspects drove the car off the road and tried to hide in somebody's backyard on West Henrietta Road. That's when troopers stepped in. The car was eventually stopped in front of St. John Fisher College in Pittsford. Nobody was hurt during the chase.

Deputies say Davis is a parole absconder formerly of Rochester with a lengthy criminal history including seven felony convictions. He's charged with petit larceny, reckless endangerment in the second degree, criminal possession of stolen property in the third degree, and numerous vehicle and traffic offenses.

He was arraigned Thursday morning and remanded to the Monroe County Jail without bail.

Greenough is charged with petit larceny, criminal possession of stolen property in the third degree, and criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was also arranged and remanded to the Monroe County Jail on $1,000 cash or bond.
