Police say he hired three different women over the summer to bathe him and change his diapers.

One of the caregivers became suspicious and followed Menchaca to his parent's home. His parent's confirmed that he does not have Down sydrome or need diapers.

Menchaca eventually admitted to lying to the women.

He is charged with fraudulent schemes and sexual abuse.

Menchaca had been employed by a school district for two years in various support staff positions. He resigned at the end of August.
