3 arrested in multi-county crime spree

OGDEN, N.Y. (WHEC) — Three people are in custody following a crime spree in Monroe and Wayne counties.

Laseanuel Hardaway, 18, and Tyler Justice, 21, are charged with felony criminal possession of stolen property in the second degree. A male juvenile was also arrested.

A neighbor called Ogden Police around 11 p.m. Tuesday after seeing something suspicious on Sagewood Drive.

Officers found a suspect near the area of where a dirt bike had just been stolen. Investigators used K9s to track the other suspects who were found hiding in a garage about a mile away. 

Hardaway and Justice were remanded to the Monroe County Jail on $3,500 cash bail. The other suspect was remanded to a juvenile facility.

Police say they have also found three stolen trucks. Additional charges may be filed.
