A bill that would allow people with post-traumatic stress disorder to use medical marijuana in New York State reached the governor's desk on Friday.
The bill passed the Senate and Assembly back in July. Now, Governor Cuomo has until November 22 to sign or veto the bill.
It'll automatically become law otherwise.
