ALBANY, N.Y. (WHEC) — "Ghost guns" are becoming more common in New York state, according to a report by the Times Union.

Gov. Cuomo signed a law banning 3-D guns over the summer, but there's an issue: People can still legally buy parts online and assemble the untraceable firearms themselves.

State lawmakers are working to the close the loophole. The governor's office is also looking at the issue. So far, no proposal has been drawn up.
