ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC)— Got a little pot at the airport? No problem.

Police are no longer seizing marijuana, making arrests, or issuing tickets for low-level possession in New York airports, that’s according to a new report from the Albany Times Union.

The federal security director for 15 upstate airports told the Times officers are more focused on looking for guns, knives, and explosives.

They will check to see if you have more than the legal limit– three ounces– and if not then you’re free to go.
