RIF: Girl Scout Gold Award

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — Emily Putnam interviewed Girl Scout Gold Award winner Alice Camaione and Melanie Bloodworth, senior director of girl experience for Girl Scouts of Western New York.
             
They highlighted the award and explained why it is such a big honor. They also went through Alice’s project to help educate others in her school about the psychology behind prejudice, how this impacts the way people interact with other social groups, and more specifically, how instances of prejudice and discrimination impact the LGBTQ community.
